Kevin A. Nery, CBB, CBI, M&AMI, President, has over 35 years of business experience in the areas of accounting, taxation, management, manufacturing, marketing and consulting. He has achieved the Certified Business Broker (CBB), Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) and Merger and Acquisitions Master Intermediary (M&AMI) professional designations. Mr. Nery is a Graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
As a professional business intermediary, he is able to utilize his personal and professional experiences in start-ups, buying, selling, and owning his own companies. Mr. Nery has held positions in banking, manufacturing, with CPA firms, and a retail corporation prior to founding the firm in 2000. Over the years, Mr. Nery has sold over 100 businesses and valued hundreds of businesses, professional firms and companies. He has extensive knowledge of business sales, mergers, acquisitions, business valuations, and commercial real estate sales and leasing.
Mr. Nery is affiliated nationally with The International Business Brokers Association, The M & A Source, The National Equipment Business Brokers Institute, and The Society of Business Analysts. Kevin currently serves on the Board of Directors of the New England Business Brokers Association (NEBBA) as the organizations Treasurer, and the Business Brokers Affiliates of New England (BBANE) as the organization's Secretary. He is also a Member of the New Bedford Economic Development Council, New Bedford Chamber of Commerce, Fall River Chamber of Commerce, and was a Featured Columnist in the monthly South Coast Business Bulletin for many years.
Adam J. Bradshaw, CBI
Adam J. Bradshaw, CBI, Broker, has over 18 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing and Information Technology.
Mr. Bradshaw is a Graduate of the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a concentration in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Management.
Adam has taken the core curriculum at the International Business Brokers (IBBA) University and has passed the CBI exam and received the Certified Business Intermediary Professional Designation.
Adam has spent 17 years in the Golf Industry with International Manufacturers and Distribution Companies responsible for Corporate Management, Sales and Marketing. He also was associated with the nation's top luxury Real Estate Auction Firm as a Client Services and Database/Marketing Manager.
Mr. Bradshaw is a member of New England Business Brokers Association (NEBBA), Business Broker Affiliates of New England (BBANE) and the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA).
He is a former Captain of the Golf Team at UPENN and a member of the Ivy League Championship Team of 1998. He is a volunteer coach for youth soccer teams.
Adam, along with his three children, resides in New Bedford, MA.

Justin Grolley, CBI, Broker, is experienced in sales, marketing, information technology and finance.
Mr. Grolley is a Graduate of Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island. He earned a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business Administration and also earned a Master of Business Administration, MBA Degree.
Justin has taken the Core Curriculum at the International Business Brokers University and has passed the CBI exam and received the Certified Business Intermediary Professional Designation.
Justin has a broad business background working as a product marketing specialist, in client services, a product manager, and an account manager throughout his award-winning career.
He is detail oriented, personable and knowledgeable. He enjoys assisting business owners and future business owners achieve their goals in a professional, confidential environment.

Ridgway J. Crouch, SBA, CMEA, Senior Broker, has over 35 years of business experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, management, manufacturing, computer network and communication systems, and financial analysis.
Mr. Crouch is a Graduate of California State University, Sonoma with a Degree in Business Administration. He has a diverse educational background which includes Bryant University, the University of Michigan, and professional certificate programs completed nationally. He has held Senior Management positions in the energy, manufacturing, security technology, and government contracting industries.
Mr. Crouch has also been active on the Board of Directors of local, regional, and statewide organizations. Ridgway is an experienced and effective communicator, negotiator, and facilitator. Mr. Crouch has achieved the Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser (CMEA) and the Senior Business Analyst (SBA) professional designations. Ridgway leads our affiliated Company, Coastal Machinery and Equipment Appraisers, which performs Appraisals on all Machinery and Equipment categories such as manufacturing, transportation, construction, agriculture, printing, medical / dental, marine, aircraft, restaurants, etc.

She is a UMASS Dartmouth Graduate with a Degree in Management and over 35 years of business experience and has achieved the Certified Buyer Representative (CBR), Loss Mitigation Specialist (LMS), Graduate Realtor Institute of Massachusetts (GRI) and Whale Historical House Specialist designations.
Lori served as the 2011 President of the Greater New Bedford Association of Realtors and has served on the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors. In addition, Lori has served on the REALTOR® Political Activities Committee, Government Affairs Committee, Programs Committee and the Community Service Committee.
Lori is a member of the American Business Woman's Association. She has extensive experience in property sales, leasing, and consulting for commercial real estate projects.
